What's for dinner? There are 102 restaurants across Connecticut ready to serve up an appetizer, entree, and a dessert for $20.12 this week. It's all part of the Connecticut Restaurant Association's "Restaurant Week 2012."
There are so many places to choose from that it will be hard to pick. What's easy is that the price offers patrons an opportunity to try something new. Landmark restaurants like Max Downtown, Carbone's in Hartford, Cavey's in Manchester, and 99 others are all participating.
So in the spirit of this election season, find a friend of the opposite political persuasion and invite them to dinner to break some bipartisan bread. The 5th annual event runs through Oct. 14.
